This life-style retail center is located in one of the preeminent retail districts in the Pacific Northwest. The project is located close to the intersection of I-5 and Boone’s Ferry Road in Tualatin, adjacent to the highly successful Bridgeport Village retail center. Avalon is proud to be part of this amazing transformation of this area. Twelve years ago, we were one of the first local architectural firms in understand and use “new urbanist” design principles, which are now rigorously required by Tualatin for this district.
Avalon provided full architectural services for this “lifestyle center”, in Tualatin OR. The project consists of 1 multi-level Hotel (by others), parking garage, and 3-retail buildings. The three retail buildings provide over 35,000 sq. ft. of quality class”A”retail space. The site design offers a range of opportunities for customers to enjoy their shopping experience, through quality exterior plazas and landscaping.
