The Architect worked directly with the Owner, Mr. Ron Jones, to develop to his tenant’s plans and specifications. The project was challenged by way of current energy codes, pertaining to conditioned space inside a freeze protect only warehouse space.
The tenant improvements were conducted through two phases, for speed of occupancy and function.
The Phase-1; 4,904 SF warehouse and storage for the company’s operations, service vehicles will load produces for delivery in the field. An independent unisex ADA compliant restroom was included.
The Phase-2; 1,425 SF of general office area with private office use, group work areas, break room, and additional restrooms.
